One of our favorite places to explore is the French Quarter in New Orleans. There is so much to see and surprisingly it’s a great place for kids. We’ve been there twice since hitting the road.
When I think of the word “majestic” Grand Teton National Park comes to mind. The mountains are breathtaking and there is so much to do from boating on the lake, gorgeous drives to look for wildlife, beautiful hiking, or a trip into Jackson.
Always on the lookout for unique stops we encountered the Fremont Troll in Seattle. Luckily for us, he was a nice troll and didn’t mind four people climbing up for a photo.
History comes alive at historic Jamestown Settlement in Virginia. The area is a great place for history buffs to go Rving. Nearby you’ll also find Historic Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and Yorktown National Historic Park.
This tiger was at the Indianapolis zoo. We’ve enjoyed visiting zoos all around the country while traveling in our RV. It gives the boys an opportunity to learn about wildlife and an appreciation for nature.
