After a beautiful drive through the mountains, we arrived at our first stop, the Riveredge RV Park. The park was nice and calm and we were able to pick the perfect RV spot, nestled into the side of the mountain with the Little Pigeon River separating us from the highway.

After a good night’s sleep in the RV, we woke up to explore the town of Gatlinburg, where we did some shopping, and most important to the girls, rode the trolley. After taking in the sights and sounds, and a tasty lunch at The Old Mill, we decided to head back to the RV for our family Christmas celebration.
